Rakib (18) is a male housekeeper in a mansion belongs to a military family to whom his family serves for centuries.

When Purna (62), a retired military general and the legal heir of the mansion comes home to run in the local election, Rakib realises that a new chapter is about to begin.

Rakib tries his best in serving Purna. He even helps him to erect his campaign posters all over the village. In exchange, Purna gives Rakib the most precious thing a father could give to his own son: confidence. Rakib and Purna becomes mutually dependent.

One day, one of Purna’s campaign posters is vandalized. He takes the incident as a personal offense. Rakib helps him to track down the culprit, a mysterious high school student named Agus (16). Rakib makes Agus confess and brings him to Purna to apologise. But the apology goes off track, Purna beats Agus hard and leads to his death. Rakib is forced to keep his cool.

Rakib’s journey turns into a haunting guilt. He wants to quit his job, but Purna doesn’t want to part with him. He tries to escape abroad to find his brother through the help of a smuggler, but soon he realises that it’s not possible – Purna finds out about it. Purna hints that if Rakib doesn’t calm down, Purna is more than able to kill him. There is only one way left for Rakib to save himself, that is to murder Purna.

After the murder, Rakib finds himself being confronted by his biggest fear: he might had turned into the monster that he resisted the most.
