Lights from the Underground

Lights from the Underground is a film showcase programme and a workshop for experimental films in Myanmar, presented by 3-ACT in partnership with MATTER audiovisual lab and Image Forum (Japan). The program consists of the film festivals showcasing Burmese, Japanese, and Southeast Asian experimental shorts, lectures & symposiums, artists talks from practicing Japanese experimental filmmakers and southeast Asian experimental filmmakers, and a mentoring workshop open for 6 Myanmar experimental filmmakers, which will be conducted by Image Forum, Japan.
